The free online consultation is designed to help you choose the products best suited to your needs and offer you personalized support.
- The consultation takes place via video call and has a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
- The service is available by appointment only, subject to booking via the online calendar.
- The consultation is completely free and does not entail any purchase obligation.
- During the meeting, you can receive advice on products, materials, finishes, combinations, and furnishing solutions.
- Any quotes or further details requested after the consultation can be sent later via email, subject to agreement with the client.
- If you are unable to attend, we ask you to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, so that the slot can be made available to other clients.
- Should technical problems occur during the video call, we will do our best to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible.
- The consultation provides guidance and does not replace a complete interior design project or an on-site visit to your home.
To make the consultation even more effective, we recommend having the room measurements, some photos of the space, and, if possible, a floor plan available. This way, we can provide you with more targeted and personalized suggestions.
