A Continuing Chapter: Italian Artisan Beauty Returns to the Forefront The curtain has closed on the 64th edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano, and Tonin Casa was there, once again, to showcase what Italian design is all about. From April 21 to 26, 2026, in the spaces of Fiera Milano Rho, we presented Italian Artisan Beauty – part II, the second chapter of a project born from a deep conviction: authentic beauty is not invented; it is inherited, refined, and passed down. In an edition of the Salone that centered on materiality, with the theme A Matter of Salone dedicated to the physical substance of objects, the memory of materials, and their still unexpressed potential, our new collection found the perfect context to express itself. Italian Artisan Beauty – part II: What we brought to Milan Each piece originates from the encounter between the manufacturing tradition of our region, Veneto, a land of artisans and excellence, and a contemporary design vision that is not afraid to make precise choices. Finishes, proportions studied in every detail, materials selected for their intimate as well as aesthetic quality. Italian Artisan Beauty – part II continues the journey started in the first chapter, delving deeper into the themes of identity, artisanal craft, and discreet luxury. The protagonists of the collection. Each environment showcased in the stand was a chapter in itself: from the dining area, with generously proportioned tables and prominent finishes, to the modular living area, designed to adapt to real life without sacrificing aesthetics. Accessories played a central role: mirrors with sculptural forms, consoles that interact with the space, solid wood storage systems with exposed artisanal finishes. Each piece was conceived to stand alone beautifully, but also, and above all, in relation to others. Salone del Mobile 2022: See Beyond - Beauty is everywhere
We thank you all for coming to see and share our new products. Among these, the brand new Adone table certainly stands out; a table that combines sculptural aesthetics with precious artisanal finishes: Adone surprises with its bold combination of the naturalness of the wooden top and the preciousness of the curved, bush-hammered and silver-backed glass base, available in bronze or smoked colors. With the 2022 Collection, Zoe is born, a seat with a welcoming aesthetic and innate elegance, which adapts to any interior style with its sinuous line, characterized by a solid wood structure. Zoe is available in various finishes and textures, such as leather, velvet, and fabric, to create environments with a unique style. Among the new proposals, Tender Lounge, designed by Archirivolto, stands out: enveloping like a delicate hug, the Tender Lounge armchair ensures optimal comfort where you can fully relax and enjoy time for yourself. Its contemporary and decisive design combines the curved wooden structure with a metal base and upholstery available in various finishes of leather, fabric, or velvet. And, furthermore, a plane of pure form and matter composes the lightness of the Tea console and gives its structure an almost suspended levity. The elegant porcelain top is framed by a precious solid wood edge, in a combination that catches the eye and stands out for the elegance of its design. Tonin Casa and ATIR: an armchair to support the theater
The collaboration between Tonin Casa and the entertainment world continues with a charity initiative for artists. On the occasion of the opening of the new Flagship Store at via Brentano, 2 in Milan, on October 8th, Tonin Casa will follow up on the idea launched in Venice during the 77th Venice International Film Festival: the creation of a unique signed armchair, the iconic Mivida, autographed by the actors present at the event, from Alessandro Gassmann to Matt Dillon, from Claudia Gerini to Angela Finocchiaro, Francesco Pannofino, Alessandro Preziosi, Monica Guerritore, just to name a few. During the event, the unique and unrepeatable Mivida armchair will be handed over by actress Eliana Miglio to the ATIR association, with the aim of raising funds to support theatrical productions and the entertainment world, which have been particularly affected by the restrictions due to the Covid-19 emergency. An initiative consistent with a design idea that combines functionality and aesthetics, the useful and the beautiful, conscious living and good living.
